Dreaming in the self

This was my work as a part of the group exhibition at the end of our foundation course. I created a mixed-media sculpture that expresses my interpretation of myself through the reflection of my dreams and nightmares. My personal experiences of being tormented by my dreams and recurring night terrors led me to create this piece. Seeking answers, I turned to The Interpretation of Dreams by Sigmund Freud, which provided me with a framework to analyse my dreams.
